Moving, renting and selling.

Options
Hi there,

I've got an interview next week for a new job (all fingers and toes crossed!). If I get it I would see a significant increase in salary but the problem would be I would potentially have to move to a different area.

I own my house, although the mortgage and house value are about the same so little to no equity and consequently selling it would not really be an option.

Under the IVA, would I be able to rent a new place and let my house out?
Does anyone know if these companies that offer guaranteed rent are any good?
Also, my house would need some work done to bring it up to a standard to let. Would the IP view this as a suitable reason to allow a payment break of a few months to cover this?

Thanks
Unsecured Debt at start of IVA in 2009 = £51,734 :(
Debt free as of March 2015!!!!:D:j:j:j:j
