£25 Admin Charge

Hi all
Have been getting house insurance quotes. I have what looks quite a good one from axa with quikfit as the broker.
Quikfit are telling me that if I cancel within 14 days they will charge me £25 admin fee?
Can they do this under distance selling regs and what have you?

They would have carried out some work for you which the £25
charge would possibly cover, so yes they can.
Most companies do this now.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
