1. www.kurtgeiger.com ("website") is a UK site. Entry into this competition is only available to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over. Persons professionally connected with Kurt Geiger Ltd and/or Secrets Resorts & Spas and/or Kenwood Travel or their immediate families are ineligible
2. KURT GEIGER LIMITED (also referred to as "us" or "we" in these terms and conditions) WILL NOT SHARE PERSONAL DETAILS OF ENTRANTS TO THIS COMPETITION WITH ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES. Where this clause conflicts with the Privacy Policy on https://www.kurtgeiger.com ("the website") the terms of this Clause shall prevail. IF YOU DO NOT WISH FOR KURT GEIGER TO HAVE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS THEN YOU MUST NOT ENTER THIS COMPETITION. This does not affect your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998
3. By completing your personal details and selecting the box agreeing to these Terms & Conditions on the site http://www.kurtgeiger.com/gq-comp ("site") you will be eligible to be entered into the competition prize draw as described below. When you click on "Submit" on the site the personal details you entered will automatically be entered into the competition prize draw.
4. The Winner of the competition prize draw will win a holiday for 2 persons to Mexico; including 2 return, economy flights from London, 7 nights unlimited Luxury at Secret Silversands, 4 pairs of shoes from the Kurt Geiger and KG by Kurt Geiger men’s collection to the maximum value of £350 per pair. No cash alternatives will be given.
5. The Winner will be responsible for the cost of transfers between hotels and airports in both the UK and Mexico. The Winner will be responsible for their travel insurance, personal expenditure or other incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport for their trip.
6. The Winner will be sent all necessary travel and ticket information via Recorded Delivery or email.
7. The holiday is valid one year from the date of winners’ notification, excluding peak and embargoed periods, subject to availability.
8. The prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative.
9. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
10. Kurt Geiger will not accept returns/ refunds except for faulty Kurt Geiger goods, and then in line with the requirements at the T's & C's link at the website. Kurt Geiger are not responsible for returns / refunds or for any claim made whatsoever in respect of non-Kurt Geiger goods.
11. Offer may be subject to change without notice.
12. Special terms & conditions may apply. By participating in this promotion you agree, without exclusion, to all of the terms and conditions of use and sale located at the T's & C's link at the website. If there is any inconsistency between those T's & C's and these Terms and Conditions, then these Terms and Conditions prevail.
13. Kurt Geiger may modify the T's & C's at the website in its absolute discretion from time to time without individual notice to entrants.
14. Entry into the competition prize draw opens on Tuesday 1st February 2011 and closes promptly at Midday on Thursday 31st March 2011. Entries received after this time and date will not be valid. It is the entrants' responsibility to ensure personal details are entered correctly. Only fully completed Applications will be accepted into the competition prize draw. Kurt Geiger takes no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect or late entries for any reason whatsoever.
15. Entry into the competition prize draw is only available to each eligible person once.
16. Entry into the competition prize draw is only available if an official resident of the UK.
17. The Winner will be required to provide the following documentation to Kenwood Travel; proof of address and passport.
18. The prize-draw will be drawn at random by an independent person at 16:00 pm on Monday 11th April 2011 at the Kurt Geiger Head Office and the Winners will be notified by email by 17:00 p.m. on Tuesday 12th April 2011. The Winners must acknowledge receipt of that email and confirm the address details entered into the competition prize draw within 48 hours ("acknowledgement email"). In the event we do not receive the acknowledgement email within this time, there will be a re-draw at 17:01 p.m. on Friday 11th April 2011. This process will continue until we receive the acknowledgement emails from the Winners as set out in this clause. In the event the prizes are not claimed, then we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
19. The decision of Kurt Geiger, as to the prize winners shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. Kurt Geiger take no responsibility whatsoever if the Winner does not receive any emails sent or if Kurt Geiger does not receive the acknowledgement email within the time period specified.
