Can you recommend a body work garage in Manchester?

Hello

I have a 57 plate corsa and am looking to sell it privately but will need to get a few dents and scuffs sorted out first.

Most serious dent is along passenger door, but it goes into the rear panel which apparently will need replacing (so a friend says). I also have a few scratchs and scuffs on my alloys that I need sorting.

I live in North Manchester, anyone have any recommendations for a good local garage?

You may find it is going to cost more to fix compared to how much value you will gain in a private sale.

Has the paint been damaged on the dents? If not it may be worthwhile calling one of the mobile
dent removal specialists. Only pay after your happy with the repair.

Alloys usually cost £40 each to have repainted/powder coated.
If they need work on a lathe to remove damage it will be more.

Thank you for your response. It just looks a bit battered and I figured I would get closer to my expected figure if I got the work done.

I've got a few numbers of local mobile dent specialists so I may get a few quotes from them and see if it is worth doing.

Being 7 months pregnant doesn't help :). I may just leave it all til after I go on maternity leave and hopefully won't need the car as much.

Triangle Garage, Hardy Street, Warrington, WA2 7HG did a brilliant job on two Jaguars for me some years ago. It's a small, 'back street', bodyshop but, as I say, did a great job. May be a bit further than you'd want to go.

Thanks Andy, Warrington is a bit too far for me I'm afraid.

i'll get a few quotes from some local garages and take it from there.
