Just a quick heads up that Santander have released a new 3 year fixed rate bond @ 4.01% AER just pipping Post Office into 3rd place on the top 3.
I know that YBS and Coventry are higher at 4.15% still however.

Interest rates are predicted to rise later in the year so people are holding off locking away their money. The banks know an interest rate rise is going to come which is why they can slightly icrease their rates.0
