If a seller describes a dvd as new

would this mean visible ect - reason why is my boyfriend got a dvd that is so blatently a fake and a copy

described as new

what should i do?

    I would ask for a refund as its a fake and it is against ebay rules to sell fakes. If he does not refund (send it back to him by recorded delivery) and do a paypal dispute,
