I would ask for a refund as its a fake and it is against ebay rules to sell fakes. If he does not refund (send it back to him by recorded delivery) and do a paypal dispute,0

I'd open the dispute before sending it back.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
