image on dixons site doesnt match model

Hi
Some advice please. Bought a dishwasher from dixons website. The model delivered which is the same model number quoted on the site, does not match the image on the site. (I choose this one as the handle matches my cooker).
Do i have any grounds for replacement, etc.

If the image is used as a term of the contract (and that is hard to prove) then you can. Otherwise, there may be a stipulation somewhere that the actual colour may vary from that displayed.
You can also send it back under Distant Selling Regulations. No need to give a reason, even!Don't bother trying to sue me - I've got no money!0
