Sorry if this is on the wrong board, please move if so.

Need to let off steam about Rewarded Opinions survey site. Its the sort where you get paid to answer consumer stuff.

Three times in the last week I have spent up to an hour completeing online surveys, only to have a message pop up saying the survey is now closed as they have the quota.:mad:

I emailed them twice about it, wont bother again. I think now its just a scam to get answers without having to reward you.

Anyone else getting this problem?

Yes,i am having exactly the same problem. Done 4 surveys recently in the last 2 weeks, got near the end after around 1 hour only to be screened out as they say they have the full quota. Emailed them each time to complain, giving them the survey number, but got no reply as yet.Really disappointed in this survey site now, and think i will unsubscribe. Why waste my time for no reward.

I'm having the same problem with them too. Four surveys, took my time answering considerately, then got screened out near the end. I've contacted them about it several times but never get a reply either. I never used to have this problem with them but now going to unsubscribe too as it really annoys me.

They're owned by the idfactor and just found their email address someone had kindly put on another thread - helpdesk@theidfactor.com - just going to email them and have a moan. Will update here if I get a reply.
