OU course grant

Does anyone know when OU course grants are paid. I am expecting payment for a course I recently started, but haven't received it yet.

Last year I received it before the course started.

I found the following on the OU website:

Your non-repayable Course Grant will be paid directly into your bank account by the Student Loans Company. If you are a continuing student you should receive the payment within four weeks of your course or module start date. If the Course Grant is for your first OU course or module, the payment may take up to 6 weeks.

If you have not received your Course Grant within these time limits, then in the first instance please contact the Student Loans Company on 0845 026 2019.

If you are resident outside the UK this might not apply, as eligibility for financial support depends on your location and other circumstances.
