hi, new to this, has anyone claimed back ppi from norton finance who arranged a secured loan through i group on my property .the loan was paid off early thank you.

Was it Norton that set up and sold you the account?
If so you would pursue them to make a reclaim.

i am at the moment trying to claim from norton 16 months later still waiting was upheld by an adjudicator but norton still did not comply so now waiting for the ombudsman to rule but could be another 12 months as back log huge and the 6 months has now gone to 6 to 12 months good luck sue
