Are all body moisturisers the same?

Stalking you! Nooooooo! What I meant when I said I was going to return my stuff was that it seemed to have stopped foaming (body wash). So I was going to return it and complain.
My sister reacted to her product and emailed boots who apologised (I think they changed the formula as it was something she had always used?) and refund her money onto her AC. HTH and sorry for any confusion
.
(BTW, it's foaming again now *insert confused smilie*)
Oh right, thanks for that. CS on the phone do seem much more helpful than store staff!!!
p.s. stalk all you want
Is that the Intense Serum? put them on eBay - currently selling for around a tenner each plus p&p
I love the face serum from No7 P&P - it seems to smooth my face out
Body Butters have to be as thick as possible - I've learnt to spend a few minutes rubbing them in - instead of just slapping it on like I used to and walking round trying not to let anything touch me in case it rubbed off
and as for arms - I have a bingo wing - yep! just the one  Left arm is flabby but not flappy :rotfl: right arm is just embarrasing
:o
I have a Body Shop bamboo dressing gown/bath robe, it's cream and so soft. I keep it in the bathroom, and hang it on the heated towel rail while I do my body butter (ALWAYS after shower/bath, your skin needs to be slightly damp and warm or it's hard to rub in!). Then I pop on the nice warm gown to help the BB soak in really well, it is fab - and saves worrying about the BB rubbing off! After half an hour or so I put on my PJs and my skin feels gorgeous! :T
p.s. thanks for the eBay tip-off re the body serums - good to know if I change my mind about mine

No, they are not all the same!! I prefer body butters, they're so much richer and really do make my skin feel softer. Lotions are just too runny for my liking! I've bought this serum as well to try it out, someone mentioned that you can return partly-used products to Boots if you're not happy with them. Does anyone know if this is true?
Yes its true
