Don't know what to do!! Building Insurance quote £1260! with 5k excess for flooding, or £349 for insurance without flood cover, oooh dilemma!! its been 10 years since we flooded.

Insurers base premiums on whether they think you are likely to be flooded again in the next 75 years. However they may be willing to reduce the premium if you get some flood protection fitted. Get in contact with them and see if they are willing to negotiate.0
