Just checked 1471 and a number was left that has 14 digits, I am not going to call this number back, but maybe someone may know who this may be, don't think its UK though.
I have tried googling it and came across the telephone number checking of "who's calling me" but nothing.
I am ex directory and am registered with TPS, still checked with TPS to make sure my number was registered and it is.
The tel number on 1471 is - 004 484 528 630 06
Also the other day the phone rang and I did not get to answer it on time, a message came up that we won a cruise to the carribean, and press 9, of course I know its a scam, but its getting a right pain now.
Cheers.

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Thank you for that.
We don't have any subscriptions here, nor have we completed any surveys or competitions, so wonder how they have our tel no details, with also being ex directory?
And as we are registered with TPS would they be aware of that beforehand would you know? cheers. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Once one company has your phone number, it quite easily gets passed around their "partners." Even though it shows a UK number (maybe the 0044 is a clue?), they might not be a UK registered company, so are not required to observe the TPS rules. Or maybe they should but just don't bother.
