I keep getting an error on my laptop, it says a program can't display a message, then I can click on show message, the screen goes black, then pale blue and says in a box...

Been doing it for a few days, I close it and it's back within a few minutes. Any suggestions appreciated.

The only common link in the error message seems to be to a Delphi-based application. Do you have any applications installed that fit that description (and that now probably don't work properly)?0
