Swalec are useless!

Grrr I just need a rant about Swalec, had nothing but trouble with them...
Was with Swalec for a year previously and had no problems, when I moved into my new property BG were the suppliers and knowing Swalec were cheaper I wanted them to take over the supply. Good Lord it has been a nightmare...
BG made an error on my account which then screwed up all the information on the central database - in all fairness to them they were very friendly and apologetic and they carried out an investigation into what had happened.
As a result of this error Swalec had all the wrong information for my meters and despite me trying to explain the situation and give them the correct details which BG had given me they refused to listen.
The switch finally went through 2 months late after Swalec had then attempted to take over someone elses supply and blaming the whole mess on British Gas - I spent hours on the phone to BG and they were nothing but helpful....
Swalec on the other hand were a joke - everytime I phoned I was treated like a moron - they had made the account in the name of some random man, and given me his account number, I tried to get this corrected but was met with the response of 'that is not possible to have happened' so when I queried why the account number was different from what I was previously given they said that that did belong to that man but had no idea how they opened an account in his name at my address.....
After weeks they still hadn't of corrected this and all my mail from Swalec was being address to him - finally after complaining for the 4th time they changed it so I was at least female and the correct surname but I was still called Simon!
A name shouldn't be that hard to get right....
As I had already been a customer I tried to get my online account changed over for my new property but it was still listing all my old details, I phoned them and was 'guided' through the process like I was a child - and then everytime I insisted what they were telling me did not work they would suggest I was doing something wrong, it was hopeless...In the end after an angry email they finally sorted it out.
Anyway role on another few months and Swalec announce they are increasing their prices - it would have cost me a fortune so I decided to switch to OVO for thier fixed price tarriff that worked out amazing value, OVO were fantastic they sorted everything out very quickly and gave me a date for switchover...
Swalec's online bill came in December, except there was no actual bill, just a random figure plucked from the air - I spoke to them on the online chat about it, and was told it would take a few days to appear, a week later still nothing so again I contact them and get told it would be there in 24hrs, finally after 3 weeks I got the damn bill...
Now my switch has gone over, absolutly fine - OVO really do have brilliant customer service, Ive now recieved my 'final bill' from Swalec, but yet again its just a random figure no actual bill - this appeared over a week ago, so again Ive contacted them and said there is no actual breakdown of charges, and I was told it would take them 24hours to re-issue it, Yet again nothing has appeared online.
So now Im going to be late paying as they wanted the payment within 10 days! and yet they still won't give me the damn bill so see what Im being charged for.....
I cannot wait to be free of them once and for all.....
