Minimum payment dd question

in Credit cards
Hi, I have a capital one card with a balance of £1338. This balance is taken from my last statement dated the 24th Jan. The minimum payment is due by dd on the 19th Feb but they usually take it on the 16th. I have been saving for the last month to pay this card off in full and will have enough money to pay the full balance on the 12th Feb. I was going to include the £70 min payment in the amount I was going to pay off in full on the 12th am I alright to do this? Or will they want the min payment on the 16th even if I have paid balance off? As if so I should prob keep it in my bills account for that. I would I be better cancelling the direct debit and just paying the balance in full or would interest be accrued? Sorry for asking a possibly silly question but this is the first time I have paid a cc balance of completely and as I am clearing up my debts I don't want to be hit with any late charges or marks on credit file thanks
