Leaving the Armed Forces

I am due to leave the Royal Navy in May, and I am wondering if my family and I will be entitled to any benefits if I do not secure work immediately. My situation is as follows.

My pension 10500 gross
Wife salary 8600 gross

I have two children 13 and 15

We live in a mortgaged house.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.:)

Jobseekers allowance, council tax benefit and child tax credits.

Why are you leaving? Seriously the grass is not greener on the other side and if it weren't for my back injury I'd have re-enlisted donkeys years ago.

Income would be too high for council tax benefit.
