WARNING! Applause Store show tickets!!!!

I know Martin has recently been saying about getting free show tickets from several companies including Applause Store. (https://www.applausestore.com) I have actually been to see Big brother with them for free which was quite good!
However, I just wanted to relay the disgraceful service I have received from them after joining as a "gold member" for £15
Their website states "Fancy getting priority tickets to every show" but please do not believe this.
I joined in Jan thinking it would be a good thing and ultra cheap versus the cost of other evenings out. But since joining I have had nothing but headaches.
They took two months to cash my cheque and two months after that I still had no correspondence from them. When I phone, the manager is out and the systems are down. Finally I received My card in July (no pack or instructions) and it was back dated to May. Again I complained and the lady said she would alter the system and then she warned me that gold card members are not guaranteed to get any tickets!
I have requested X Factor and Dancing on Ice and have still had no replies or correspondence from them whatsoever.
Please be warned in case I am not a one off!!!!
