Lakeland Customer Service

I had a problem with some laundry items I recently purchased from Lakeland, which ended up ruining some clothes. In a bit of a nark, I wrote a negative review for their website (when really, I should have just phoned them up about it ).
Anyway, they phoned me when they received my review, and I just got off the phone after a conversation with the nicest lady in CS who has compensated me for both the products and the ruined clothes.
Lakeland has the best customer service I have ever encountered :T

Further to my original post, cheque arrived yesterday, and a lovely tin of biscuits and written apology today. Brilliant company.

lakeland is amazing - I've had a grande remoska for years now - bought it while I was still up'north.
It's just starting to play up (heating unevenly) and I called to see if they could recomend any repairmen as I can't afford to buy another one.

Was clear that I didn't have a box or any proof of purchase and they said if I take it into my nearest store then they'll replace it for me.

Amazing.

I had a similar thing. The non-stick lining started peeling off my Remoska (again had it quite a few years) and they replaced it.

They really do have the best customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with.

I agree with the other posters. Amazing customer service.

I bought some floor cleaner last week at £6.99 (so not cheap) which left a bit of a white dusty sheen across my floor, I called and said that I'd like to return it as for whatever reason (and I'm not sure why) it wasn't working on my dark floor, the lovely lady who answered the phone said it was not a problem, was very apologetic (it wasn't her fault!) gave me a full refund straight away and told me I didn't need to return it.

Just brilliant. Brilliant! Puts other stores to shame !
