Depends on the make of batteries, and how long you have them on for...we use ours in the bathroom for around the window..sad I know, but I like to "christmas" every room in the house lol.If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0

I usually get Duracell batteries from Costco, and I was thinking of putting them around the front door as there is no plug nearby, so I guess they would be on for about 6 - 8 hours a day. Do you think one lot of batteries would last for a week?CarolnMalky wrote:Depends on the make of batteries, and how long you have them on for...we use ours in the bathroom for around the window..sad I know, but I like to "christmas" every room in the house lol.Jane

They have some in Tesco today, 3 different types ranging from £2.97 - £4.97 with from 20 to 40 lights.
Last year I used my lights throughout Xmas on the same set of batteries, although I turned them off when we weren't in the room.0
