A nearly lunchtime BUMP

Just checked my online banking to find that tlodge have charged me again for the room I booked (and paid for) in June. How annoying, obviously I'll get the money back but can see its going to be a hassle, they don't even seem to have a phone number you can call.:mad:

Seems the best way to contact them is by post (recorded delivery) as often emails go unanswered......typical way things work these days eh!!
