Wow the troll busters are being really efficient lately, every time I've clicked a link to join in the thread's already gone!

Erme thanks for your thoughts, sorry you're going through a hard time now.

I've had a bad day - I was supposed to be going to the opera and it was touch and go whether I'd feel up to leaving the house. Then dad called and asked me to phone mum's best friend to see if she had a key to mum's house, I asked my sister to but she wouldn't. Phones are a big fear of mine and it took so much out of me that I had to sleep afterwards and now I've missed the opera, but wouldn't have been able to go out anyway.

Now I'm tempted to order takeaway and have a night in front of the TV, then have another go at getting my sleep pattern back to normal.

Sorry to moan, but people here understand.

I just don't get it with the crisis line...Some folk they have completely banned. Me they've put on one call a night / 2 in 24 hours @ w/e's....and one person tells me one thing and another another....Something about some NHS24 watchdog got banded about in an email yesterday - think I will be worse off (don't trust the NHS....) so will leave it.

Like on Saturday eject F refused to talk about my psychotic symptoms (when I just needed to double check the cameras in the bathroom weren't real) and insisted on talking about the change (had already done that with J @ lunch) and I lost a call in the process. 12 mins wasted...(I'm only allowed a 10 min call btw)... I was livid....Not least when she reckons my calls to the Sams should have the same rules as BSL. It's a farce and it's like boom or bust....ridiculous...

No wonder I was suicidal on thursday. Two days out of hospital and they remove a crisis line - lovely - not..

    Evening.

I've had a good day - actually made it out of the house! I had two cups of coffee in Starbucks (total cost £1, I love my SB card!) over three hours, then called into a greek cafe for a salad to have with a lamb steak for tea. The portions are huuuuuuge and I'm thinking about instead of buying food in, going there once a day to eat, it's enough food for a day and takes hours to get through it all. It's not especially cost effective but it'll mean I'll get up dressed and out every day and after all it's what I get DLA for - things that'll help with my problems.

And since I'm on a high, once I've eaten I'm going to get on with some housework.

Yeah go you!!!! Don't worry about the greek place. so long as it's not too overbudget why worry. It's therapy if it means you get out of the place once a day....Yeah have you seen the 1/2 price frappucinos at Mr S right now between 3-5pm? I got one for £1.47 the other day :)

I think you are right it is afternoon - I was rather hoping it was still about 10.30am!

Strawberries at the moment, probably need something a bit more filling as well though! Good peaceful weekend thanks, how about you?

    Hello and Welcome

A long time ago Pania wrote the message below to Newcomers or anyone who comes across a troll on the forum.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

    What is a Troll?
A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made. If you should get such a comment made on any thread you post, asking for help and advice, please realise this comment is not directed at you personally so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal because the majority of us really are a lovely bunch – ooops, modesty!

What should I do if I get a comment made on my thread?
Firstly do not respond to the comment as this is invariably what the troll wants. So to get rid of the offending post, at the bottom of the post towards the right hand side you’ll see a red "Warning" triangle within a blue “Report” icon, as shown below:
    report.gif
Click the icon and then "send" the message which will inform the MSE team of the post, who will then review its content and deal with it as appropriate; sometimes even deleting the troll by making their status PPR’d (Posting Privileges Removed). Remember, this site is an asset to so many people, especially those that feels like their world is falling in around them. There is a wealth of knowledgeable people here all willing to help, whatever you do, do not let the comments of one silly individual deter you from availing yourself of the knowledge base that is on offer here.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FORUM

It is testament to the work that Martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time, knowledge and experience freely to others; without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of their debt crisis
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT
