    Early am bump from Da Erme...Back on the cigs for now....Apparently I'm a 40 a day smoker with psychosis.....Going on 25mg of nicotine a day from that was never going to work now was it?

    No wonder the voices kicked up so much of a fuss etc....:( and I got really low (too low) etc

    It's all on the stopping smoking thread but having been sleeping on the sofa from 3am -5am I now think I need one thing
