Morning folks, Happy Tuesday.
Handy - good for you for saying no to youngest visiting. Stealing is low, stealing from your family who have helped you out many times before is I would think beyond some code of ethics that even some thieves could manage to adhere to. If Mrs H wants to see him (and her granddaughter) could they arrange to meet for a day somewhere (not your house) or for lunch somewhere - of course it would almost certainly cost the price of the meal or whatever but hopefully nothing else (especially if she only takes a small amount of cash and no plastic with her so he can't guilt her into shopping for gd /loaning him cash etc.)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Gooood Moooorrrrnnninnnggg! Sunny but windy at present, and that's just the weather.
Handy - families, who'd have' em? Awful for Mrs Handy to have to face the fact that one of her offspring is a total waste of good oxygen. She must feel torn into bits.
Well, if the weather holds I vote we all take up your offer of a sneaky barbecue at Hooray Hall on Saturday when Lady Hooray isn't looking (can't you arrange a whist drive or something for her to go to?) Alternatively invite her as well and we will all get her completely ratfaced - you never know, she might be a good laugh at a party! One life - your life - live it!0 -
