have i been under paid tax credits?

Hi all
first time posting so please bear with me.
I have needed to look into my accounts due to recently been told i was in fact entilted to help with my housing costs, i have been on a website (as recommended) and it showed i was not recieving enough tax credits, so i went to the tax credit calulator and that to showed payments due where in fact higher than by £34 per week. Should i contact tax credits or would i be wasting my time? many thanks for reading

It may be worth giving tco a call.
Have you given them your accurate details ? Correct household income and working hours etc?
It may be quite difficult to get through to the helpline but if it puts you mind at ease about your payments then it will be worth perservering.The loopy one has gone :j0
