Hello, i wonder if anybody out there can help me, I'm currently in the process of reclaiming the ppi on six loans that I have had with natwest in the past. I submitted the paperwork to Natwest in October and as of now I have received offers on two of the loans and I have been informed that the remaining four have all put on hold pending the out come of the JR. I have phoned Natwest asking them what the critria was for placing claims on hold only to he told it was confidential information. I fill that natwest are using stalling tariff on me and are going against the advice of the fsa and bba. Does anybody know the critria that natwest use?, I have submitted a complaint to the fso with regard to the four outstanding claims.

The only thing you can do at the present time is what you have done and put your complaint to fos about this. Well done on your win and at least you are getting 2 back at the moment. when were the loans taken out? as it may be that the older the loan, then they are the ones they are holding back on and just paying out on more recent ones. This may help us get a better understanding of the claims that are on hold.0

Mine is on hold also and its an older one 6 years. I have gone to FOS and they are dealing with it. Natwest would not give me any info neither saying it was confidential
