in Credit cards
Hi,
Can anyone let me know if I am protected against credit card fraud and get my money back?
I have been a victim of Credit card fraud. Just a couple of days ago, a person called by framing himself from Sky promotion team. He told me that Sky is replacing my HD box with a new one and I will be saved £10 a month. I normally do not trust anyone but that day don't know trusted that fraudster and gave my credit card details as he wanted to take 1 time payment off £30 for the new box. Just today I found that 2 payments of £300 each have been transferred from my credit card with details "Western Union XXXX".
I straightway called my bank and reported it as fraud. They have stopped all the transactions on that card and issued a completely new one.
Thanks.
