I've used the kitchen towel, never seen the loo roll, where did you get it?

I like Regina loo roll & I thought Regina was the loo roll version of Nicky kitchen towel. I was wrong:p

nicky + loo roll ===> Ring Sting! Ouch.

    Andrex every time.

    Not moneysaving, just painsaving.

and found it merely average, although cheap at £1.99 for 9 rolls yesterday. Its embossed soft touch 2 ply.
Is it only the 3 ply that is brilliant?
We don't have a netto, home bargains or a farm foods anywhere.

I agree that the 2 ply is only average.

The 3 ply is much better.

nicky loo rolls at Netto's tomorrow for £3 for 18 not the 3ply ones you get in farm foods for £2 for 9, thinner.

i actually prefer the 2ply to the 3ply, will be bulk buying tomorrow, thought, hope my mum doesnt fill the car like she did the last time with loo rolls,
and when i say fill i mean fill, 12 x18 on the back seats and 4 x18 in the boot.
  • one of the types of nicky is scented... watch out for this not only is the 'scent' disgusting but it also gave me a reaction 'down there' it was very itchy and painful, i definitely wouldnt use this again.

The toilet roll i most like is cushelle. I generally only but white loo roll as the colour irritates me on other roll. The only coloured scented roll that hasnt irritated me is the m and s one with the scented middle and the fishes on it.

I bought my usual 9 roll pack of Nicky from Farmfoods the other day, and it is noticably thinner than it used to be a few weeks ago.

Has anyone else had the same?

I suspected that but holding an old roll next to a new one didn't seem to bear it out. I notice the price has gone up in Farmfoods though.

Was it 3 ply or only 2 ply? There is a massive difference between the two. I use the 3 ply but would not use the 2 ply, bought them once accidentally.
