1. The promoter of this prize draw is La Senza, Unit 5, Swallowfield Way, Hayes, UB3 1DQ and Railbookers, 14 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4BX. 2. Entries will only be accepted through the online entry form and is restricted to one entry per person. La Senza or Railbookers accept no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the prize. Spammers will be disqualified. 3. Entries for this competition must be received before midnight on 20th of February 2011. No purchase necessary. 4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on 21st of February 2011. Railbookers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. The winner will be notified by Railbookers by email after 21st of February 2011. Once notified the winner must contact Railbookers, within 30 days, to make arrangements to take their prize. 6. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of La Senza or Railbookers their immediate families and anyone else connected to the competition. 7. The winner is responsible for all other costs incurred as part of the prize including but not limited to all beverages, spending money, meals other than those stated within and all other travel outside of that specified. 9. This prize must be taken and travel completed between 01.04.11 and 01.06.11, and cannot be taken during trade shows, high season dates and over public holidays. 10. All travel must originate in UK. 11. Any changes to the duration of the holiday are subject to approval by Railbookers and any additional costs must be paid for by the winner. 12. La Senza and Railbookers reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the promotion should exceptional circumstances prevent it being run. 13. Neither Railbookers nor La Senza will be liable for any expenses whatsoever incurred by passengers failing to make the departure times shown on their tickets. 14. Passengers must ensure that they comply in full with all the relevant customs and immigration requirements including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. 15. Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance. 16. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize or travel dates will be offered. Once a confirmed booking has been made, reservations may not be changed. 17. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. 18.
