    Thanks. I have now decided to apply for PP before selling. What I need to know is, would outline planning permission be sufficient to sell with the full value of the plot or would total planning permission be required to maximise the value? Thanks.

    Full PP and outline PP cost more or less the same. If you get full PP then the buyer can get amendments anyway and I think the value of the land is greater with full compared to outline. If you get outline then the purchaser would still have to get full planning which will make the plot less appealing.
