Terms & Conditions: Win Gold Tickets to Vodafone London Fashion Weekend

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees, agents, relatives and tenants of Capital & Counties, Covent Garden London, Single Market Events and anyone else professionally connected with the free prize draw. No purchase is necessary. Entry is taken as an acceptance of the free prize draw rules. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

• Entries can be submitted online via the competition page or sent by post to: Capital & Counties CG Limited, 4th Floor, Russell Chambers, The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8AA with the name of the competition, your first name, last name and e-mail address.

• Only one entry per person. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received, lost, mislaid or damaged. Entries will only be accepted between 28.01.11 10am -– 18.02.11 10am. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s or their guest/s in entering the draw or accepting the prize.

• The prize is for 5 people to each gain entry for themselves and1 guest to Vodafone London Fashion Weekend at Somerset House on Friday 25th February 2011, 5.30 – 10 pm. Tickets will be equivalent of ‘Gold’ tickets, each include general admission, a show bag and catwalk ticket. The time of your catwalk show on Friday 25th February 2011will be 9pm, and is non-transferable. You must be 18 or over to claim this prize. Any travel, additional meals, activities and personal expenses are the responsibility of the prize winners.

• The prize is as stated and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Entries will be judged by an independent judge. The judges decision is final, and should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries and an alternative winner will be selected and notified.
  Winners will be notified by phone on 18.02.11. If the first chosen winner/s do not confirm their acceptance of the prize within 2 days of notification, the prize will instead be offered to a second winner, until such time as a winner has accepted the prize.

• The winners’ names will be available from 11 days after the closing date from Capital & Counties CG Limited, 4th Floor, Russell Chambers, The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8AA.
