Anyone been to a Belfast store and can update us on the stock there? thanks!

I was in Donegall Place big Boots, not much left. I got a Subbuteo mug/keyring set, Subbuteo cufflinks set, 5 packs of lovely Christmas cards and a tin of cookies for £3.30!!!! No wrap left, just more of the above plus some Weenicons stuff (whatever that is).
Just back from Watford (Harlequin) where they had a pile of hatboxes; got one of those, but not much else except a few posh Xmas cards. They didn't really have much left at all, some weenicons pen sets (?), fruit jellies, xmas gift bags, mp3 covers; only an aisle end facia of hatboxes and another of the random stuff. Was hoping for a Strictly case but couldn't see any.

I would love to have got the Fearne hatbox for £4!!!! But I'm happy with it at £10 and am going to eBay the contents (I only want the box itself) which should mean it's almost free :D Boots should start selling empty pretty boxes next Christmas :rotfl:

My tiny Boots only had some xmas cards, childrens xmas crackers and the 80's retro keyrings left and 1 Michael Jackson Weenicon mug. So I bought 4 boxes of crackers, 3 keyrings and the mug and spent £3.65. Would have loved it to have had more in but they had sold out of everything else a couple of weeks ago :(.

Thanks OP, I was in town anyway today but wouldn't have gone into Boots if I hadn't have read this thread yesterday :)

Thanks op, I went into Newport retail Boots and got some subbuteo sets, mug sets, wennicom mouse and mat sets, xmas cards and present labels, Waybuloo pj case (£1.50!!), cufflink set, couple of purses and little travel frame holders (51p), which are cute! Nothing major but for what I spent I had a few little bits and pieces for my pressie cupboards (yes plural, they are now doted all over my house).

Reading (Oracle) has the £45 cosmetic case sets stacked up by the entrance selling quickly at £4.50 each, upstairs there were some odds and ends, Weenicon, wrapping paper and christmas cards.

Reading (Broad Street) has pot pouri, sweets and a large pile of Religion gift sets, certainly a wider selection of items than the Oracle site so perhaps the better choice if you are looking for something specific. The store also has a clearance section opposite it (not 90% but perhaps might be of interest too). Plenty of adverts too for the selected perfumes up to 50% off, both stores also having perfume gift sets discounted (not 90% dotted around near the perfume section).

I got really pretty necklace and earring sets for £2 instead of £12! Spent a tenner on what should have been £58!
To infinity and beyond - but mostly to Tesco!:D

Ugh, I didn't bother going to Broad Street when I saw how pitiful the Oracle was, now I wish I had just in case. I went in after 1pm, and the stack of cosmetic cases you talked about were nowhere in sight. There was half an aisle of clearance upstairs, it had 3 or 4 strictly cases, some pencil cases, a little bit of Weenicon stuff, and a few cards and wrap.
