Looks like Cicada Overseas property are trying to get this thread removed and amended. It seems that my replies have been edited for some reason - quite why a list of questions to ask a company to ensure they are not a scam should be deleted from a Money Saving Forum I'm not sure. I've not received any notification of an issue with the reply.

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
