Probate Interview Venues

Just doing probate for my late fathers estate and was wondering if anyone knows which office would be quicker to get my interview at, either Birmingham or London, both are within an hour from me. Many thanks in advance guys.

You could probably phone each office and ask?

I'd also take into account how easy it would be to get to either office: if you're driving, what's the parking like; and if you're going by public transport, how far is it?

You may find a nearer sub office at which an earlier appointment might (or might not) be available but for which there would be less travel

    http://probate1.com/office.html has a list.

I phoned a nearby probate office to ask advice on this and they said to name the two alternative offices and put in brackets 'whichever is sooner'. I did this and they sent me an appointment (presumably the sooner one).
    Hope that helps.
