tesco reward tokens changing!!

Hi i just thought i'd let people know that as of the 3rd feb tesco tokens for use on meals will have the name printed on them and they will only take these named tokens:mad: ie bella tokens will only be accepted at bella and prezzo only at prezzo and so forth. i have £100 worth that don't have any names on and as of 2days time i won't be able to use them for meal anyway:mad: hope this makes sence. anyway i just wanted to warn people like me who didn't know about this and have tesco tokens for meals out.:(

I can not believe that they will allow this to happen, as I selected certain restaurants, just because they choose not to print the name of the restaurant on them is not my problem. I have £60 worth of them and will certainly kick up a stink if they don't reprint these as they still have 4 months to run on them.

I assume if they've already been printed and have a valid expiry date they will have to accept them...Only got mine a few weeks ago and still have the best part of 6 months to run - I cant imagine tesco would issue them and then say they can't be used?

where did you get this information from. I have just read the terms and conditions online and they have made no changes since the change in face value from x4 to x3, which was written everywhere.

Have just visited the tesco reward site. To me it reads that only tokens ordered after 3rd february will carry this restriction. Also noted that not all restaurant chains will have this condition.

if you go to the rewards section on the tesco website it says it under the restaurants etc

To help our restaurant partners manage the popularity of this reward, tokens ordered after 3 February for Bella Italia will be printed with the restaurant's name and only these tokens will be accepted at Bella Italia. etc

it's on the tesco wesite checkout the deals page on the restaurant description, all the restaraunts are now changing to this :mad:

vouchers issued before the 3rd feb which don't have the restaurant name on will still be accepted just spoke to someone who confirmed this. panic over lol

The answer is in the quote - tokens that are ordered after the 3rd Feb - so if you order Strada after 3rd, they will say Strada and you will only be able to use them at the stated restaurant, those ordered before 3rd with no restaurant stated will still be honoured. Do not panic. But thanks for finding that change, good to know when ordering more.
