If you're happy to put all the page contents together with NOTEPAD (not word or any other Microsoft product), purchase a domain name (www.123-reg.co.uk) and hosting (I can supply this through a friend but not free!) then I will put something together for you. Outlay will be £20.00 max (1st years hosting and domain name cost .co.uk are currently £7.20ish for 2 years, hosting is £9.99 per year). Let me know if you're interested.

If a registered charity, as I assume it is, then Vidahost may host for free, I have my local charity web site there, freely hosted. I did provide a link to Vidahost on the web site, but it was not a requirement of hosting
