Best Account with no woldwide atm charges?

Hi
I have a nationwide flexaccount, which was very good because there were no ATM charges when used in Europe, but now I am going to close it.
Can anyone reccomend a bank account (NOT CREDIT CARD) where i can put some money in, so when I am abroad (Europe but Worldwode even better) that has no ATM charges? Some interest would be even better (would pay for the odd ceveza !!)

Caxton card by Maestro... you just transfer money to the card and then withdraw it abroad with no fees... http://www.caxtonfxcard.com/I work for first direct and have previously worked for Santander.
Any information I give should not been seen as being given from first direct or Santander however I do have certain knowledge from working there.
