PC World - Collect@Store, Gift Vouchers

Bit of a minor rant on two points -
1 PC World voucher have a clause on them that they are only valid for 6mths yet they don't give a expiry date on the voucher, how do you know when they become invalid
2 Collect@Store, used this service for the first time today - yesterday I order my items, on the site it states they will sent the items aside for 1 day and to wait at least an hour from ordering before collecting, so today went to collect having order 16hrs previously. Had to wait 20mins for the guy to go round the store collecting to items, they hadn't been set aside. If thats how it works I might as well go round myself and get the items and be done in 10mins.

On some items you get a reduction for using collect at store, so it is well worth it.0
