Just a vent here. Not expecting any advice or response - just want to get it off my chest!
I've bought £50 worth of tickets, money was taken promptly. We are now around 3 weeks later and still nothing has arrived to confirm my purchase; not by email or by post. I've sent an email some few days ago- it's been totally ignored.
I've had hampers, clothes, etc delivered in the time it's taken these people to ignore me.
How unprofessional not to confirm a purchase. I have nothing to prove I have ordered some tickets!
So unimpressed.
