Working tax run on i don't get working tax credit

My husband recently stopped working, claimed income based JSA and informed tax credits, we have recieved a 4 week run on of said tax credits but we were recieving £100 less than we should have been getting on benefits, with three kids to feed this is a lot of money, is this really the way the run on is supposed to work?

Also the form said he had been on IJSA since the middle of january when he had been getting it from the middle of dec. When i phoned they said all the info they had was correct.

How much do you think you should have been receiving and how would the amount have been made up?

I think you need to provide a bit more information for anyone to be able to help you.

    Was your husband made redundant?

    Yes he was made redundant.

We were recieving roughly £50 a week
After the run on we are supposed to get £150approx Not sure of the exact figures.

At no point were we ever in reciept of working tax credits due to his wage. He is claiming income based JSA.

As i understood it the child element of that was passed to tax credits, so why now do they not have to pay it for 4 weeks.
