I bought one of these for £14.99 from play.com a year ago. I had to send it back though as the display part had been fitted upside down! (so the clock was the wrong way up!)0

I have one of these too but in white. I think the backlight can be adjusted, but it's still pretty bright on the lowest. I've actually stopped using it because of the wake up volume. Far too loud, massive fright and half deafened is not good at 7am. Mine will be getting freecycled soon I think0
