Can anyone help?
I have an excel spreadhseet for my budget, got everything going in and out to make sure i always have enough money in the bank etc.
Its a basic sheet, looks like this:

Top green line is incoming
Middle yellow line is the total in bank from previous day
Bottom Red line is outgoing
the green/red at the bottom is my "spends Diary" to see where money has come from or where i've spent it.
Bottom figure is total in bank
I'd ideally like to be able to get the bottom "total" to go Red if my balance goes below £100.
Can any one help?
Thanks
(I hope you understood the above!)

Conditional Formatting: Select desired cell then, Format (top tool bar) then Conditional Formatting.
You should be able to work it out it's fairly easy......0 -
Hi you need to use 'conditional formatting'. In MS Office 2003 its located in Format/Conditional Formatting.
Select options for if cell is less than 100, then cell is highlighted red. It's fairly easy to follow.£400+ in my £2 coin tablet fund0 -

You can apply multiple conditional formattings, so you can have it turn green if it's above £500 as well!A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
