but it's all a big con - I 'won' a kite on 24/1/12, paid out to send the claim special delivery, heard nothing. In April 2012 I e-mailed them asking where my prize was..........got an autoreply then, heard nothing. In May I phoned them & was told 'we sent it 23rd April', we'll send it again - guess what, almost 5 weeks later, still nothing. Not at all impressed!
