Parking Eye Help!!

Hi everyone,
Basically iv read everyone elses case on tickets from parking eye but mine is a little different. Whereas others have been parked on a free to use car park such as Aldi or Blockbuster i was caught out on a pay and display carpark. The said carpark has always been pay and display but up and till recently it only operated between the hours of 9-5 and i have parked there after 5pm for ages. A week ago i went to the carpark again, it was around 6pm, dark and is a poorly lit carpark anyway and parked my car up and left it. i then came home from work on the wednesday to find a letter from parking eye saying i owed a £90 fine, £60 if i paid early etc for parking for an hour without paying. i was confused as i had often parked here outside of the charging hours. i went down the following day to find the car park had changed the hours to 8am-12midnight yet the signs werent lit up, they were in the corner away from drivers sight and there was no warning the hours had changed. i also recieved a letter yesterday with a picture of me entering and leaving the car park. should i just ignore the letters or should i pay the fine? also i havent yet contacted parking eye.
Cheers in Advance

A few points. It's not a "fine", it's an invoice. Also, they haven't got a picture of you, they have a picture of a car with no way of identifying the driver. The most you owe them is a couple of quid to cover the P&D charge. Anything above that would be considered an unfair penalty.
So ignore them and don't contact them. They will soon forget about you and try and find another victim. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
No difference, just ignore them - The only issue with pay and display would be between yourself and the land owner - Parking Eye's totally unreasonable fake fines have nothing at all to do with it.

Your case is no different from any others with Parking Eye. You do not have a 'fine' at all.
Just ignore them and their debt collector letters, then they go away.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
