Making money via the internet is alot harder then you think, you have to put more hours then a normal 9-5 job and any internet earnings can come crashing down in a few seconds, the hard part is finding a selling point or method that suits you. Selling stuff on ebay is a thing of the past. There are too many scams on the internet, which you have to also look out for, don't fall for these so called internet methods that can make you thousands per DAY, it takes alot of work and months even years to get to that stage.
Can you make money on the net? yes of course, but if you know zero on the internet stage you have more chance of winning the lottery. People don't realise you can't simply set up a site and the money flows to your account, work is work, you get what you put into it.0 -
Hi,
"Shabby chic" and french style homeware seem to be very popular at the moment.
Have a look in your nearest Tati or La redoute, they sell some cheap and cheerful stuff, then sell it on E-bay to the UK market.
You won't make alot, with all the e-bay/paypal fees as others have said, but it might be a start.

I would suggest do the course at https://www.challenge.co , you can start any time, and they guide you through researching markets, building a seo website, getting traffic and customers, then making a product. Completely free, you probably need 15 quid for a domain name and hosting and that should be it.
They need to start banning people for 'spam' who keep advertising this website. I looked and followed it for a few days. All the tools/websites/hosts they suggest you use is the same company. The gloss how amazing it is but only when using their product.
By all means watch the videos for some guidance but nothing more.0 -
Trade FX some people in the game for a couple of years called pro FX traders make between $500 - $100K per day with low risk and sometime tax free.0

Making money from the internet is a lot of hype from back in the day when it was new. It can be done of course, though it's anyything but easy. I'd suggest learning the fundamentals of online commerce / marketing first of all, and see how you get on with that!0

Trade FX some people in the game for a couple of years called pro FX traders make between $500 - $100K per day with low risk and sometime tax free.
But before you do get some things clear in your mind, the people who claim to be "Pro Traders" and make that much are trying to sell you their method of doing it.
If you had a method that made you $500-$1000 per day, would you do all the hard work needed so sell it to a few people for $50, or would you actually use it to make $500-$1000 per day?
Money doesn't appear from thin air, if you suddenly have $500 it's because someone else no longer has that $500.
There's more chance of you ending up not having the money than having it.
Look at it like then lottery, if you buy a £1 ticket and win £100, it's because 99 other tickets were bought and won nothing.
If you happen to win £1,000,000 it's 999,999 tickets didn't win and the money used to buy the tickets went to you, plus the tickets for the organisers cost and profits, and the money donated to good causes.
It all adds up to a lot of losers for every winner.
Can you be sure you will be a winner?
If it was that easy, we'd all be winners and there would be no losers to pay us!0 -

I am pretty sure that the tools they suggest using are free during the period you would need to try and see if you could make it work. Yes later the trials run out and you would have to pay if you wanted to do it full time.
The tools/websites/hosts are not the same company you numpty, !!!!!! hostgator is one of the biggest hosts worldwide and you don't actually have to use any of the tools, they show you how you could do it without the tools (it just takes longer, and more effort, i.e. you can use any host, which they show you, you can use standard "free" wordpress and set it up yourself, which they show you, and you can use google to do the research yourself), the tools just make it quicker.
Also considering the first "few days" are simply showing you how to do market research on what you could sell you obviously didn't get very far and stick long with it.
If you can suggest any other place where they show you all these things in one place for free I would be surprised (accepting that long term if you carry on you would have to pay for some of them, nothing is ever completely free after all), and at the end of the first attempt if you don't make any money then fine you don't pay, simples no?
As for spam, tbh I could not give a monkeys if you go there or not, nothing to do with me, go pay for a course, don't do anything... whatever...
For those suggesting freelancer, yep you can do that although it is hard as you need to be writing 20 articles at 500 words in 2 days for $100 , as you will be competing against Indian teams. If you have graphic design, programming or web skills then it can be good money though.0 -
There's a steep learning curve to building web sites and making money on the internet.
Because there's a lot to learn [and little income when you first start] you have to be in it for the long haul. Be prepared to spend a lot of time building mini sites and promoting them for little or no return to start.
With luck, some will take off and begin generating a monthly income.
Creating mini sites is basically generating your own advertising space and making money from selling to other businesses.
You build a site, fill it with some engaging content to attract visitors, then pop some advertising on and earn a commission from the ads.
You could build a few pages around a certain product
home waxing kits
for example and make some commission from any sales you generate on the site.
The more sites you build, hopefully the more income you'll make.

Yes! And a great idea if you have access to French markets and bric-a-brac stores - the vintage look is popular and would probably sell on Ebay UK. If money's short, though you'd have to start small, I suppose.0 -
Trouble with eBay is the fees you need to have a product you can sell at 30% profit as fees will be 15%. Plus you are at mercy of paypal
. Not sure once you add in shipping you would male enough tbh.
