Turkish Delight

Does anyone have a recipe for Turkish Delight? I usually have a box for Christmas but fancied making my own this year but I don't have a clue.

Many thanks.

Thank you, Pink. Never had Turkish Delight with nuts in. Might give it a go. Had to laugh at some of the pages. Recipes for TD with adverts on losing weight. What! With all that sugar? :D

Hi, thanks to everyone for posting. I'm just taking a break from making the Turkish Delight. I'm at the stage where it has to simmer for about 1 hour now. Must say it doesn't look much like TD, more like wallpaper paste at the moment:eek: . Hope I haven't done anything wrong. Will let you know how it turns out tomorrow, after its had its overnight rest. Must go and give it another stir.
