Balance transfer to partner's card

Hello,
My partner has a CC debt of around £4000, on a Tesco 0% purchases card. It's nearing the end of the 0% rate, so I'm looking into balance transferring to a new card, but I'm not sure yet whether she would be accepted for a new one.
My question is - is it possible for me to get a balance transfer card and transfer the balance to pay off her Tesco card? Or will they only let you balance transfer in the same name?
Thanks in advance.

Yes you can get a card and transfer her balance. There's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.0 -
Just ensure she doesn't do a runner immediately after, as it will become 100% your debt and you will have no legal recourse to make her pay it back
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0 -
Understood, nzseries1 - we already share a mortgage, current accounts etc so I'm not too worried about her, but I'll bear it in mind, thanks.0
