Welcome offer

Hi Guys i am new on here so bear with me as looking for advice:

I had 6 welcome loans and have had offer for 3 of them as other 3 they say was timed out?

Got offer of £1769.38p however they said on the phone that because the last one was still open they would transfer all funds i was due to that loan.

Now i was in a scottish trust deed over 4 years ago and as such have been discharged on my credit file but not by accountants. Can welcome do this?

I spoke to a very helpful girl at Welcome who says not to sign the offer letter but to write in and request that all funds get transferred to my bank directly or i will take it further with financial ombusdman


Is this correct?

Is there such a thing as time barred on the other 3 loans??

I was just happy to accept the offer to end all this months of communication and draw a line under it

I am not sure on the other 3, but are they saying they were time barred then?

Thanks for posting, yes they said it was time barred from 2002?
