Just had a look at the ESPC and their released figures are behind the ROSEA :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
You've focused on one area showing a fall (terraced properties) and extrapolated that to a fall overall. The ROSEA figures have shown this not to be the case.

P.S. can you see the trend from Q4 2005 in both ESPC and ROSEA graphs?:wall:
