TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A participant’s entry into the Actimel prize draw is subject to these Terms & Conditions and also unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at http://www.actimel.co.uk/Privacy.aspx. All participants should read these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their families of Danone Ltd, its associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Illegible, incomplete, incorrectly completed entries and defective entries will not be accepted.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
5. No purchase is necessary. Entries are only valid by completing the online entry form at https://www.actimel.co.uk/competitionJanuary.aspx.
6. Entries will only be accepted between 31st January 2011 and 27th February 2011 inclusive.
7. Only one entry per person allowed. No bulk or third party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
8. Failure to comply with the draw terms and conditions will automatically render entry into the promotion as invalid.
9. There are 2 prizes to be won each consisting of a Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit Plus package (Nintendo Wii Console, Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board)
10. No cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available, and they will only be delivered to the winners in person. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award as substitute a Prize of equal or higher value.
11. The winners will be first 2 names drawn at random, under independent supervision.
12. The draw will take place on or before 7th March 2011.
13. Winners will be notified by an email from 20:20, a Digital Marketing agency working with Danone Ltd on this promotion, within seven days of the closing date. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved within 28 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw entitlement and award either prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the originals.
14. The winners of this draw will be given instructions of how to claim their prize by 20:20.. Full details of who to contact at 20:20 will be provided in the email confirming that they have won the prize.
15. The name and county of residence of the prize winners can be obtained from Danone Ltd between 1st – 30th April 2011. Please send a self addressed envelope to Danone Ltd, 3rd Floor, International House, London, W5 5DW.
16. The winning entrants may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winners consent to cooperate with the Promoter without further recompense.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel or suspend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from prize acceptance. This does not affect any statutory rights.
19. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter takes its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 seriously. All information collected as part of this promotion is collected by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any third parties. From time to time the Promoter may wish to send you information concerning its news, products, services and/or special promotions if you choose to opt-in to receive such communications.
